Objective: This study investigates the MRI characteristics of primary and metastatic adult granulosa cell tumor with normal estrogen levels (AGCT-NEL) to enhance clinical understanding and diagnostic accuracy of this disease.
Methods: We collected clinical data from 10 patients with AGCT-NEL, confirmed by pathology, treated at our hospital from January 2016 to January 2024. We retrospectively analyzed the MRI features of primary and metastatic lesions from aspects such as shape, edge characteristics, MRI signal, and enhancement features.

Introduction And Importance: Ovarian atypical proliferative mucinous tumor (APMT) is a low-malignant or borderline tumor that originates from the ovary's surface epithelium. This tumor can grow to a massive size, causing abdominal distention, which can result in a variety of compression symptoms if it is not discovered early.
Case Presentation: A 23-year-old female presented with a chronic, gradually developing abdominal distention that had been persistent for a year.

Ameloblastoma is a true benign odontogenic epithelial tumor, primarily arising in the jaw, and ranks as the second most prevalent odontogenic neoplasm following odontoma. Known for its diverse clinical, radiographic, and histological manifestations, ameloblastoma encompasses a wide spectrum of presentations. Unicystic ameloblastomas (UAs), a less common and generally less aggressive variant, appear as cystic lesions that can mimic ordinary jaw cysts in their clinical and radiologic features.

A woman in her 60s presenting with 5 days of diffuse abdominal pain was diagnosed preoperatively with a chylolymphatic mesenteric cyst. MRI and CT imaging demonstrated a 5.8 cm unilocular cyst containing a fluid-fluid level within the mesentery.

Intracardiac bronchogenic cysts (IBCs) are very rare. To date, only a few cases of IBC have been reported in the literature. We report a case of a bronchogenic cyst that arose from the interatrial septum in a 42-year-old man who presented with symptoms of palpitation.
