Introduction: Elacestrant has shown significantly prolonged progression-free survival compared to standard-of-care endocrine therapy in estrogen receptor-positive (ER-positive), HER2-negative metastatic breast cancer (BC), while potential benefit in early-stage disease requires further exploration. In this case report, we present a case of varicella pneumonia in the elderly. This case concerns a boy presenting with oral pain and multiple mucocutaneous lesions such as mucositis, conjunctivitis, and a rash on the trunk, extremities, and genitalia. The presence of mild respiratory complaints raised suspicion of an extrapulmonary manifestation of , known as -induced Rash and Mucositis (MIRM).
