Background: The success of a restoration largely depends on the quality of its fit. This study aimed to investigate the fit quality of monolithic zirconia veneers (MZVs) produced through traditional and digital workflows.
Methods: A typodont maxillary right central incisor was prepared.

Objectives: This double-blind randomised crossover trial aimed to compare the aesthetic outcomes of CAD-CAM manufactured provisional restorations created using cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) and intraoral scanners (IOS) acquisition methods.
Methods: Twelve participants (mean-age: 38 ± 5 years) requiring full mouth rehabilitation were included in this crossover trial. Two sets of identical CAD-CAM provisional restorations, differing only in the method of data acquisition (A: CBCT, B: IOS), were fabricated.

Cellulose paper-based composites represent a promising and sustainable alternative for electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding applications. Derived from renewable and biodegradable cellulose fibers, these composites are enhanced with conductive fillers namely carbon nanotubes, graphene, or metallic nanoparticles, achieving efficient EMI shielding while maintaining environmental friendliness. Their lightweight, flexible nature, and mechanical robustness make them ideal for diverse applications, including wearable electronics, flexible circuits, and green electronics.

Chlorhexidine (CHX) is a gold standard therapeutic agent against clinical oral pathogens. However, its oral use is limited due to unpleasant taste, alteration in taste buds, staining of teeth and mucous membranes. Therefore, CHX-loaded PLGA microneedles (MNs) were fabricated for local and controlled release in the oral cavity, using a casting mold method.

The exploration and rational design of high-performance, durable, and non-precious-metal bifunctional oxygen electrocatalysts are highly desired for the large-scale application of overall water splitting. Herein, an effective and straightforward coupling approach was developed to fabricate high-performance bifunctional OER/HER electrocatalysts based on core-shell nanostructure comprising a Ni/NiN core and a NiFe(OH) shell. The as-prepared Ni/NiN@NiFe(OH)-4 catalyst exhibited low overpotentials of 57 and 243 mV at 10 mA cm for the HER and OER in 1.
