A rare case of a 22-year old patient with obstetric urethrovaginal fistula, resulting in urinary incontinence, has been reported in the following report The emphasis is put on a number of medical and social consequences related to the formation of the fistula. Authors have presented the diagnostic difficulties. The aim of the report is to draw attention to the probable complications following prolonged labour and the necessity of appropriate treatment.

Objective: To describe the presentation, outcomes, and management strategies for cases of subcapsular liver hematoma associated with preeclampsia, eclampsia, or HELLP (hemolysis, elevated liver enzymes, and low platelet count) syndrome.
Methods: This was a case series of individuals with subcapsular liver hematoma managed at a single level IV center over a 10-year period, from 2013 to 2024. Presenting signs and symptoms, laboratory findings, time of onset, management strategies, acute perinatal and maternal outcomes, and long-term outcomes such as subsequent pregnancies were reviewed in the medical record and recorded.

We report a rare case of eosinophilic gastrointestinal disorders in a 60-year-old woman, which extensively involved the digestive tract from the esophagus, gastric, duodenum to the small intestine, depicted well by 18F-FAPI-42 PET/CT, superior to 18F-FDG PET/CT. Under the guidance of 18F-FAPI-42 PET/CT, the biopsy was successfully performed, and the diagnosis was established. This case highlights that 18F-FAPI-42 PET/CT may serve as a novel noninvasive method for evaluating eosinophilic gastrointestinal disorders.
