Introduction And Importance: A solitary neurofibroma of the hand is an uncommon condition that typically lacks distinct symptoms, often resulting in misdiagnosis and prolonged morbidity. For high-risk patients with complex aortic aneurysms and post-dissection aneurysms, fenestrated and branched endovascular aortic repair (F/BEVAR) offers minimally invasive options customized to each individual's anatomy. Company-manufactured devices or physician-modified endovascular grafts performed under the purview of an investigational device exemption are two United States Food and Drug Administration-approved avenues to perform fenestrated and branched endovascular aortic repair. This case report describes a creative use of physician-modified endograft to salvage renal function in a solitary kidney with a near immediate bifurcation of the renal artery in a patient with post-dissection extent II thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm.

A hiatal hernia occurs when the contents of the abdominal cavity, most often the stomach, protrude into the chest cavity through the esophageal hiatus. The hiatus is an elliptical-shaped outlet, typically formed by parts of the right diaphragmatic crus surrounding the distal esophagus. This ailment can transpire due to either the broadening of the specific diaphragmatic opening or a shortening in the overall length of the esophagus, leading to herniation of the stomach into the thoracic region.
