Background: Abdominal pregnancy is a rare but, serious obstetric condition that has continued to pose difficulties in its diagnosis and management. The clinical presentation takes various forms, mostly nonspecific, leading to the delay in diagnosis and management. With a high degree of suspicion, the diagnosis can be made by an abdominal ultrasound particularly in the early trimesters.

Gliomas and meningiomas are two common primary brain tumors, but occurring simultaneously in the same patient is a rare entity. The authors would like to report a case of coexistence of a superior parietal lobule diffuse glioma, IDH-wild type, histologically CNS WHO grade 3 and a left posterior fossa transitional meningioma, WHO grade 1; both the tumors were successfully removed in one-stage operation. A 68-year-old female having hypertension, who presented to us with the chief complaints of involuntary shaking of her left lower limb associated with her left upper limb tingle, dizziness, and neck soreness.

Poland syndrome (PS) is a rare congenital condition characterized by the developmental anomaly of the chest wall, and classically presents with ipsilateral agenesis/hypoplasia of sternocostal head of pectoralis major which remains as the essential feature of the condition. Unfulfilled medical wishes and the resulting disappointments often have infrastructural causes and are the result of inadequate services or limited available resources in a medical practice. As annoying as these might be, they can hardly be influenced by the individual therapeutic competence of the ENT physician. The situation is different in the case of unfulfilled medical wishes of patients who cannot be adequately helped for a variety of reasons, whether because of the severity of their illness or because of the particular, predominantly psychosomatic constellations.
