Delay in vaccination schedule may result in increased risk of vaccine-preventable outbreaks. Lack of parental confidence in vaccines and sociodemographic factors could be related to those delays. Vaccine Confidence Index (VCI) is an indicator to estimate confidence in vaccines, composed of simple dimensions about it and evaluated using a 5-point Likert scale.

Introduction: In addition to many diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, the COVID-19 pandemic also limited prophylaxis, including the implementation of the vaccination program among children.
Objective: The aim of the study was to assess the implementation of the vaccination program in the area covered by the care of patients of a selected Primary Health Care clinic in the city of Krakow in the field of selected vaccinations during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Material And Methods: A retrospective study based on secondary data was conducted in a selected clinic (Kraków, Poland) that cares for 1,982 children aged 0-19 years.

Background And Objectives: Safety and effectiveness concerns may preclude physicians from recommending vaccination in mild/moderate inborn errors of immunity (IEI). This study describes attitudes and practices regarding vaccination among physicians who care for patients with mild/moderate B cell or mild/moderate combined immunodeficiencies (CID) and vaccination completeness among patients diagnosed with IEIs.
Methods: Canadian physicians caring for children with IEI were surveyed about attitudes and practices regarding vaccination in mild/moderate IEI.

Background: The condition known as 22q11 microdeletion syndrome has a broad phenotypic spectrum, with many affected individuals experiencing mild-to-moderate immunodeficiency. Currently, there are significant variations in live vaccine practices and immunological testing prior to live vaccine administration due to safety concerns and limited established guidelines.
Methods: Queensland Children's Hospital (QCH) Child Development Unit, offers a state-wide 22q11 microdeletion clinic.
