Objective: To found the subcellular location of the human gene 6 transactivated by nonstructural protein 5A of hepatitis C virus (NS5ATP6).
Methods: Green fluorescent protein (GFP) expression vector pEGFP- NS5ATP6 was established. The pEGFP- NS5ATP6 was transfected into HepG2 cells, and analyze the subcellular location of the proteins expressed by NS5ATP6 through Green fluorescent microscopy after 24 hours.
Results: The pEGFP- NS5ATP6 gene was successful cloned, NS5ATP6 can express protein in cells and subcellularly located in cell plasma.
Conclusion: NS5ATP6 can express protein, and the protein expressed by NS5ATP6 subcellularly located in cell plasma.

The wide range of applications and the enormous production of nanomaterials have raised the possibility that humans may simultaneously contact with various nanomaterials through multiple routes. Although numerous toxicity studies have been conducted on the toxicity of nanomaterials, knowledge of the combined toxicity of nanomaterials remains limited. Herein, the combined toxic effects of the two types of the most widely used nanomaterials, silver and silica, were studied on HeLa cells.

As a widely epigenetic modification, mA (N-methyladenosine, mA) can regulate the degradation, translation, and other biological functions of circRNAs through dynamic reversible processes. It plays an important role in regulating the life activities of biological organisms, particularly in cell differentiation, apoptosis, embryonic development, stress response, and innate immunity. In this study, bioinformatics analysis, qRT-PCR identification, FISH subcellular localization, and ceRNA network construction were performed on mA modified circRNAs regulating the apoptosis of secondary hair follicle cells of Inner Mongolia Albas white cashmere goats based on the skin mA sequencing data of secondary hair follicles in anagen and catagen.

Objective: Pathogenic variants in B-cell receptor-associated protein (BCAP31) are associated with X-linked, deafness, dystonia and cerebral hypomyelination (DDCH) syndrome. DDCH is congenital and non-progressive, featuring severe intellectual disability (ID), variable dysmorphism, and sometimes associated with shortened survival. BCAP31 encodes one of the most abundant chaperones, with several functions including acting as a negative regulator of endoplasmic reticulum (ER) calcium ion (Ca) concentration.

A more precise tool that enables spatiotemporal control of PKCepsilon activity is thus required. Here, we describe a photo-activatable optogenetic PKCepsilon probe (Opto-PKCepsilon) consisting of an engineered PKCepsilon catalytic domain and a blue-light inducible dimerization domain.

Antibody and cell-based therapeutics targeting cell surface receptors have emerged as a major class of immune therapeutics for treating cancer. However, the number of cell surface targets for cancer immunotherapy remains limited. Glypican-3 (GPC3) is a cell surface proteoglycan and an oncofetal antigen.
