: Drawing upon over twenty years of clinical experience in endoscopic and endosonographic procedures, along with comprehensive literature research, we present an overview on EUS-guided pancreatography and pancreatic duct drainage (EUS-PD) as an alternative approach, encompassing indications, procedural methods, and outcomes, including complications and the success rate. Narrative review. (corner points): EUS-PD is indicated for cases, for which conventional methods are ineffective due to altered abdominal anatomy of the upper gastrointestinal (GI) tract, such as congenital or postoperative conditions that prevent access to the papilla or pancreatoenteric anastomosis.

Objective: To analyse case reports published on the latest generations of endograft (EG) and understand the mechanisms of type III endoleak (EL) development.
Methods: A literature review was undertaken of English language case reports and series that concerned modular junction or component disconnection (type IIIa EL) and fabric perforations (type IIIb EL) after endovascular aneurysm repair.
Results: Of the 2 785 studies, 56 full texts were chosen to review 73 cases.

To investigate the clinical effect of anterolateral thigh flow-through chimeric perforator free flap transplantation in the treatment of upper limb complex tissue defects with main artery injury. The study was a retrospective observational study. From May 2019 to January 2022, 11 patients with upper limb complex tissue defects combined with main artery injury who met the inclusion criteria were admitted to the Department of Hand, Foot and Ankle Surgery of General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University, including 7 males and 4 females, aged from 18 to 56 years.
