We describe the case of a 75-year-old woman with an iatrogenic fistula between a left internal mammary artery graft to the left anterior descending coronary artery and the left subclavian vein that developed after implantation of a dual-chamber pacemaker.

Sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 (SGLT-2) inhibitors are the only medications that improve clinical outcomes regardless of baseline left ventricular ejection fraction. Despite the recognized effectiveness of SGLT-2 inhibitors, there remains a paucity of research on the discontinuation of these medications. The objective of this study is to analyze the rate of discontinuation of SGLT-2 inhibitors, to evaluate the impact of discontinuation on the clinical outcome, and to identify the factors associated with discontinuation.

Transthyretin amyloid cardiomyopathy (ATTR-CM) is becoming increasingly recognized with the aging population, advancements in understanding of disease pathobiology and the potential benefits of emerging therapies. Bone scintigraphy, including Tc-labeled pyrophosphate scintigraphy, is currently considered the first-line modality for identifying ATTR-CM. Purpose: To describe a case in which a right replaced posterior cerebral artery (PCA) was associated with an ipsilateral superior cerebellar artery (SCA) type persistent trigeminal artery (PTA) variant.
Methods: A 53-year-old man who had been diagnosed with chronic dissection of the left vertebral artery (VA) 4 months previously underwent follow-up magnetic resonance (MR) angiography using a 3-Tesla scanner.
Results: MR angiography showed a slightly dilated left VA at the terminal segment without interval change.
