Introduction: Rice samples exposed to the space environment have generated diverse phenotypic variations. Miniature-inverted-repeat transposable elements (MITEs), often found adjacent to genes, play a significant role in regulating the plant genome. Background: HOPZ-ACTIVATED RESISTANCE 1 (ZAR1) is a nucleotide-binding leucine-rich repeat (NLR) protein functioning as a recognition hub to initiate effector-triggered immunity against bacterial pathogens. To initiate defense, ZAR1 associates with different HOPZ-ETI-DEFICIENT 1 (ZED1)-Related Kinases (ZRKs) to form resistosomes to indirectly perceive effector-induced perturbations. Few studies have focused on the phylogenomic characteristics of ZAR1 and ZRK immune gene families and their evolutionary relationships.

Multiple receptor analysis-based DNA molecular computation has been developed to mitigate the off-target effect caused by nonspecific expression of cell membrane receptors. However, it is quite difficult to involve nanobodies into molecular computation with programmed recognition order because of the "always-on" response mode and the inconvenient molecular programming. Here we propose a spatial segregation-based molecular computing strategy with a shielded internal computing layer termed DNA nano-phage (DNP) to program nanobody into DNA molecular computation and build a series of kinetic models to elucidate the mechanism of microenvironment-confinement.

The differentiation of mouse neurons is a complex process involving cell maturation and branching, occurring during both, embryonic development and differentiation in vitro. To study mouse neuronal morphology, we used the Thy1 YFP-16 mouse strain. Although this mouse strain was described over twenty years ago, detailed studies on projections outgrowth and morphology of neurons are still lacking.
