Erdheim-Chester disease (ECD) is a rare form of non-LCH characterized by excessive accumulation of histiocytes in various tissues, leading to significant morbidity. The estimated prevalence of ECD is low, with fewer than 1000 cases reported globally, yet it presents considerable clinical challenges due to its heterogeneous manifestations, which include bone pain, cardiovascular complications, and neurological symptoms. Traditional treatment approaches, primarily involving corticosteroids and chemotherapy, have limitations, including inconsistent responses and significant side effects.

Dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) typically presents with various bleeding manifestations such as epistaxis, gum bleeding, and gastrointestinal bleeding. However, spontaneous large muscle hematoma formation is a rare complication. This case report discusses a patient with DHF who developed bilateral psoas muscle hematomas, a very uncommon presentation.

Introduction: Clozapine is an atypical antipsychotic drug approved for treatment-resistant schizophrenia (TRS). Despite its high efficacy for TRS, clozapine is associated with several serious adverse effects, such as neutropenia and diabetes, so it requires vigilant monitoring. Severe anemia has also been documented as a rare but serious complication with an unclear mechanism.

One of the rarer complications is pulmonary-renal syndrome (PRS), defined as rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis and diffuse alveolar hemorrhage.

This study aimed to summarize the clinical characteristics of acute epiphyseal osteomyelitis and acute metaphyseal osteomyelitis of long bones in children. Data of 43 children with acute osteomyelitis of long bones diagnosed and treated from November 2017 to January 2021 were retrospectively analyzed. Medical records, laboratory results, and MRI were reviewed.
