Ethnopharmacological Relevance: Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has a history of thousands of years in China. The Tongfeng Qingxiao Formula (TFQXF), after decoction and oral administration, has shown significant therapeutic effects on Gouty arthritis (GA). TCM is often considered an experiential medicine, lacking modern scientific research, and the efficacy of TFQXF faces the same issue.

Bovine endometritis has become a persistent issue in the global dairy business, resulting in huge economic losses. Due to their numerous positive benefits, Chinese herbal medicines (CHMs) have recently demonstrated remarkable pharmacological potential against endometritis. This paper introduces a class of insulin-glucose-glucocorticoid impulsive systems in the treatment of patients with diabetes to consider the effect of glucocorticoids. The existence and uniqueness of the positive periodic solution of the impulsive model at double fixed time is confirmed for type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM) using the [Formula: see text] function. Further, the global asymptotic stability of the positive periodic solution is achieved following Floquet multiplier theory and comparison principle.

In this study, we developed a Caputo-Fractional Chlamydia pandemic model to describe the disease's spread. We demonstrated the model's positivity and boundedness, ensuring biological relevance. The existence and uniqueness of the model's solution were established, and we investigated the stability of the α-fractional order model.
