Gynecomastia is an enlargement of the breasts in men, which is usually benign but can also manifest as a result of malignancies, and can be either unilateral or bilateral. Pseudogynecomastia is male breast enlargement due to excessive fat, while true gynecomastia is a proliferation of glandular tissue. Gynecomastia is common in infants, adolescents, and elderly men, with the most common cause is related to hormonal changes associated with aging.

Jeune syndrome (JS), first described by Jeune as asphyxiating thoracic dystrophy, is an autosomal recessive osteochondrodysplasia with characteristic skeletal abnormalities and variable renal, hepatic, pancreatic, and ocular complications. Approximately 1 in every 100,000 to 130,000 babies is born with JS. Most patients with JS have respiratory distress due to inadequate lung development and many lose their lives due to respiratory failure.

Introduction: Locally advanced pancreatic cancer (LAPC) is a borderline unresectable malignancy that presents significant treatment challenges. The management of LAPC remains a complex issue, particularly in patients who are not eligible for surgical resection.
Case: Here, we report the case of a 60-year-old woman diagnosed with LAPC through pathological biopsy who subsequently underwent targeted immunotherapy following the failure of a gemcitabine, oxaliplatin, and S-1 (G&S) chemotherapy regimen.

Objective: This study aimed to investigate the relationship between oxidative stress (OS) and endometrial polyps (EP) in pre- versus postmenopausal women with abnormal uterine bleeding.
Methods: This prospective case control study was conducted in the Gynecology Department of Ankara Bilkent City Hospital between January and December 2019. In this study, the EP and control groups included 45 participants each (30 pre- and 15 postmenopausal women).
