Diabetic retinopathy (DR) presents a significant concern among diabetic patients, often leading to vision impairment or blindness if left untreated. Traditional diagnosis methods are prone to human error, necessitating accurate alternatives. While various computer-aided systems have been developed to assist in DR detection, there remains a need for accurate and efficient methods to classify its stages.

Background: The wireless capsule endoscope (CE) is a valuable diagnostic tool in gastroenterology, offering a safe and minimally invasive visualization of the gastrointestinal tract. One of the few drawbacks identified by the gastroenterology community is the time-consuming task of analyzing CE videos.
Objectives: This article investigates the feasibility of a computer-aided diagnostic method to speed up CE video analysis.

Purpose: This retrospective clinical study aimed to evaluate the clinical outcomes of surveyed monolithic computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) zirconia crowns for abutment teeth in removable partial dentures (RPDs).
Methods: Patients who received monolithic surveyed zirconia crowns were clinically examined. The crowns were examined according to the modified United States Public Health Service criteria, and Kaplan-Meier survival was determined.
