Introduction: Thyroid neoplasms are the most common malignancy of the endocrine system, representing 3.8% of new cancer cases, and it is the ninth most common cancer overall. The immuno-histochemical marker Hector Battifora Mesotheilial-1 (HBME-1) is a monoclonal antibody that now finds its diagnostic utility as a positive marker for well-differentiated thyroid carcinomas.

Objective: Aim: To improve the results of treatment of patients with chronic wounds of the lower extremities by using complex treatment, including surgical interventions, VAC- therapy, as well as studying the effect of negative pressure on bacterial films of wounds, based on microbiological examination and immune-histochemical data.

Patients And Methods: Materials and Methods: During the period from 2019 to 2023 at the department's clinic, 68 patients with chronic wounds of the lower extremities were examined and treated. These are mainly women (n=63) aged from 35 to 80 years.

The present study was conducted on specific skeletal muscles of six weaned male kids from each of the Angora, Hair, Honamlı, and Kilis goat breeds. The relationships between the expression of myogenic factor 5 (Myf5) and myogenic factor 6 (Myf6) genes and muscle fibre characteristics were analysed. Muscle samples from the longissimus dorsi (LD) and semitendinosus (ST) were collected from six 90-day-old weaned male kids of each breed.
