Background: Cavernous hemangiomas can occur in various internal organs like the liver, kidney, bladder, and skin, or even in subcutaneous tissues. However, they rarely occur in the lungs, making pulmonary cavernous hemangiomas (PCH) an uncommon finding. Herein, we report a rare case of pulmonary cavernous hemangioma that was surgically resected.

Background: In recent years, there has been a growing utilization of minimally invasive (MI) techniques, which provide the potential advantages of minimizing surgical stress, post-operative pain, and hospitalization duration. Nevertheless, the existing body of literature primarily comprises of studies conducted at a single medical site, which are of low quality and lack a comprehensive analysis of treatment techniques exclusively focused on spondylolisthesis. We conducted this systematic review and meta-analysis to compare minimally invasive surgery (MIS) and open surgery (OS) spinal fusion outcomes for the treatment of spondylolisthesis.

Purpose: This meta-analysis sought to compare knot tying against other methods of haemostasis in terms of post-operative haemorrhage, intraoperative blood loss and tonsillectomy time.
Methods: Two independent reviewers performed a literature search according to PRISMA guidelines. Three databases were consulted, Pubmed, Google Scholar and Embase.

Purpose: To evaluate and compare: (1) the effect of the bacterial biofilm on the dentin mineral density at the restoration-tooth interface and (2) the mineralization potential of three resin-based restorative materials (RBRM).
Methods: 16 extracted human molars free of caries and cracks were collected and stored for disinfection. Each tooth received two standardized Class II preparations with the cervical margin placed in dentin.

Background: Congenital craniovertebral junction anomalies (CCVJAs) encompass a diverse range of conditions characterized by distorted anatomy and significant variation in the pathways of neurovascular structures. This study aims to assess the safety and feasibility of tailoring posterior fixation for CCVJAs through intraoperative CT-based navigation.
Methods: An in-depth retrospective analysis was conducted on eight patients diagnosed with CCVJAs (excluding Arnold-Chiari malformation).
