Background: A higher level of nursing professionalism improves autonomy among nurses, the quality of nursing care, and patient outcomes. However, inconsistent findings on the prevalence of nursing professionalism and associated factors have been reported among studies conducted in Ethiopia, and a meta-analysis of pooled results have not been performed. Therefore, the aim of this systematic review and meta-analysis was to determine the pooled prevalence of higher levels of nursing professionalism and factors associated with it.

Purpose Of Review: Chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN) is a substantial adverse effect of anticancer therapy. No effective preventive strategies are established in clinical routine, although some forms of cryotherapy or compression therapy seem to be promising. CIPN is difficult to grade objectively and has mostly relied on a clinician- or patient-based rating that is subjective and not easily reproducible.

Introduction: Management of urethral trauma lacks clarity in the paediatric population. There is no clear guidance for management and follow-up of these patients which can lead to missing the long-term sequelae of the primary injury. Catheter-associated urethral injuries are less likely to cause a complete transaction of the urethra.
