: Anti PD1/PD-L1 agents, including pembrolizumab, have revolutionized the oncological treatment of different types of cancer, including non-small cell lung cancer. The most frequent complications associated with this type of treatment are mild and are located at the thyroid, pulmonary or hepatic level. Sarcoid like reaction and mesenteric panniculitis secondary to pembrolizumab treatment are two very rare adverse effects.

Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is well known for its unpredictable and diverse behaviour, with tendency to cause synchronous or metachronous metastasis to unusual site, which is why it is called the "internist's tumour."Although thyroid gland is an infrequent site for metastasis of different primary malignancies, metastatic RCC is one of the most common secondary thyroid malignancies. Diagnosis relies on a high index of suspicion in patients with prior RCC, combined with cross-sectional imaging and biopsy.

Background: Hydrophilic polymer gel coatings are used on different intravascular devices to prevent vasospasm and thrombosis. However, it may become dislodged from these devices, leading to ischaemic complications in various organs including the skin, kidneys, brain, heart or lungs. Hydrophilic polymer embolisation (HPE) is a rare complication following endovascular procedures that is currently not fully recognised.

Objectives: Cisplatin is essential in the curative treatment of locally advanced head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (LA-HNSCC) patients. The assessment of risk factors to predict an early cisplatin-induced nephrotoxicity could help in better managing one of the most relevant cisplatin-related dose-limiting factors.
Material And Methods: We retrospectively collected data of LA-HNSCC patients treated at our Institution from 2008 to 2019.
