Ultrastructural study of liver and leucocytes and biochemical study of the main fat and carbohydrate substrates of anergy metabolism were carried out in rats under full alimentary starvation. In vast prelethal period in the liver and probably in other organs the glucogenetic role of amino acids is increased in connection with expressed cells structure decomposition.
