TCM terminologies are the professional medical terms, marked by in Chinese features of simplification and cogency, as well as rich connotations, and thus conciseness should be one of the main principles when it comes to their translation. The concise translation and its application were discussed in this paper through semantic and logic analysis on TCM terms and starting with the English word-building.

Introduction: This article presents a thematic historical study on the introduction of "anxiety" to modern China. Based on seminal research conducted previously by European scholars on histories of psychological and psychiatric concepts, this article reviews the itinerary of "anxiety" to China by using multiple types of textual evidence. Alongside a detailed description of how "anxiety" was translated and introduced, a comparison between the notions of "anxiety" in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Western psychoanalytic approaches was made.

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture (EA) at frequencies of 2 Hz, 100 Hz, and 2 Hz/100 Hz for chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN).
Methods: One hundred and sixty female breast cancer patients with CIPN induced by paclitaxel were randomly divided into a 2 Hz EA group (40 cases, 1 case dropped out), a 100 Hz EA group (40 cases, 2 cases dropped out), a 2 Hz/100 Hz EA group (40 cases, 3 cases dropped out), and a medication group (40 cases, 2 cases dropped out). The three EA groups received acupuncture at bilateral Quchi (LI 11), Waiguan (TE 5), Hegu (LI 4), Zusanli (ST 36), and Yanglingquan (GB 34).
