Purpose: This study aims to evaluate the inter-observer variability in assessing the optic disc in fundus photographs and its implications for establishing ground truth in AI research.
Methods: Seventy subjects were screened during a screening campaign. Fundus photographs were classified into normal (NL) or abnormal (GS: glaucoma and glaucoma suspects) by two masked glaucoma specialists.

Introduction: Secondhand smoke (SHS) exposure is a serious public health problem. This study aims to collect data on tobacco control since the implementation of the new version of the Smoke Control Ordinance in Public Places of Hangzhou (the Ordinance), combined with questionnaire surveys to understand the SHS exposure situation in public places, relevant knowledge and attitudes of residents in Hangzhou.
Methods: We used data from a population-based tobacco control survey of 2746 adults aged 15-75 years conducted in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province in March 2023.

As one of the provinces with the largest number of national forest cities, all prefecture-level cities in Guangdong Province have joined the campaigns of building forest cities. Mastering the spatial and temporal variations of ecological environment quality (EEQ) in Guangdong Province is conducive to the benign interaction and coordinated development of urban construction and ecosystem. We used the water benefit-based ecological index (WBEI) to achieve rapid monitoring of EEQ in Guangdong Province, utilized the standard deviation ellipse and gravity center migration, Theil-Sen Median trend method and Mann-Kendall test to explore the spatial distribution disparities and trends, and analyzed the coupling coordination between EEQ and urbanization.

Background: Since 2019, China has implemented Public Health and Social Measures (PHSMs) to manage the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) outbreak. As the threat from SARS-CoV-2 diminished, these measures were relaxed, leading to increased respiratory infections and strained health care resources by mid-2023.
Methods: The study utilised WHO's FluNet and Oxford's COVID-19 Government Response Tracker to assess how policy shifts have affected influenza.
