Opportunistic behaviour has become a research hotspot in hydraulic infrastructure project management owing to its serious damage to the cooperation efficiency of all participants in a project. The trust networks formed by each participant can restrain opportunistic behaviour, but due to the dynamic evolution of the networks, its research should adopt a dynamic paradigm. The structure and evolution of trust networks can be simulated using computer simulations and modelling.

Background: The severity of recent Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemics has revealed the importance of development of inoculation strategies in case of limited vaccine availability. Authorities have implemented inoculation strategies based on perceived risk factors such as age and existence of other chronic health conditions for survivability from the disease. However, various other factors can be considered for identifying the preferred inoculation strategies depending on the vaccine availability and disease spread levels.

Coarse-grained molecular dynamics simulation is widely accepted for assessment of a large complex biological system, but it may also lead to a misleading conclusion. The challenge is to simulate protein structural dynamics (such as folding-unfolding behavior) due to the lack of a necessary backbone flexibility. This study developed a standard coarse-grained model directly from the protein atomic structure and amino acid coarse-grained FF (such as MARTINI FF v2.

Background: Clozapine is superior to all other antipsychotics in treating schizophrenia in terms of its curative efficacy; however, this drug is prescribed only as a last resort in the treatment of schizophrenia, given its potential to induce cardiac arrest. The mechanism of clozapine-induced cardiac arrest remains unclear, so we aimed to elucidate the potential mechanisms of clozapine-induced cardiac arrest using network pharmacology and molecular docking.
Methods: We identified and analyzed the overlap between potential cardiac arrest-related target genes and clozapine target genes.

In this paper, we propose a new flexible statistical distribution, the Topp-Leone Exponentiated Chen distribution, to model real-world data effectively, with a particular focus on COVID-19 data. The motivation behind this study is the need for a more flexible distribution that can capture various hazard rate shapes (e.g.
