Unlabelled: Our study investigated trends in osteoporosis management in Xiamen from 2012 to 2021, revealing improvements in screening and treatment, although medication use remained low. Background: Evaluation of primary care allows for identification of problems in the healthcare system, such as poor health outcomes, inappropriate health services, overuse of unnecessary resources, or underuse of recommended strategies. Assessment of adherence to existing clinical practice guidelines as quality indicators is critical for evaluating the effectiveness of primary care and shaping healthcare policies.

Introduction: Recent evidence has shown that vitamin C has analgesic and opioid sparing properties in immediate postoperative context. However, this has never been studied for acute musculoskeletal (MSK) emergency department (ED) injuries. The aim of this pilot study is to evaluate the feasibility of conducting a randomized placebo-controlled study to determine the opioid sparing and analgesic effect of vitamin C compared to placebo, in acute MSK injured ED patients.

The most severe result of such an entertainment is development of myelopolyneuropathy with polyneuropathy as the most common presentation, which may start acutely or subacutely. The underlying cause of neurological complications of NO intoxication is deficit of B vitamin, however its laboratory confirmation may be challenging.
