Purpose: Global pressure injury (PI) statistics reveal that hospital-acquired pressure injuries (HAPIs) remain a substantial burden, with over 1 in 10 hospitalized adults being affected. The purpose of this analysis is to describe how consistent collection, analysis, and use of data allow hospitals to validate their clinical and economic outcomes and to adjust PI prevention strategies.
Participants And Setting: HAPI incidence data for acute care patients at a 280-bed regional community hospital in the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States (West Virginia) were collected from January 2012 to July 2023.

The choice of modality of treatment for unruptured intracranial aneurysms is based on various clinical aspects and the patient's preference. Financial considerations should not be among these. Introduction: Medulloblastoma (MB) is the most common malignant childhood brain tumor. Molecular subgrouping of MB has become a major determinant of management in high-income countries. Subgrouping is still very limited in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs), and its relevance to management with the incorporation of risk stratification (low risk, standard risk, high risk, and very high risk) has yet to be evaluated in this setting.

Introduction: Clozapine and risperidone are second-generation antipsychotics used in the treatment of schizophrenia. There are no guidelines on cross-titration of antipsychotics and, additionally, there is a paucity of published data to support the potential utility of using serum drug levels to guide dosing in these situations.
Case Report: A 68-year-old female patient with a history of schizophrenia, taking risperidone and fluoxetine, and a recent diagnosis of Parkinson's disease was admitted to the hospital after a fall at home.

Introduction: Dynamic vertebral artery insufficiency is a rare vascular phenomenon characterized by insufficient flow of the posterior cerebral circulation induced by dynamic motion of the head. Prior case reports have been limited to vertebral artery occlusion by cervical osteophytes or other structural impingements.
Case Report: In this case report, we discuss the unusual case of a 61-year-old female with a history of vertigo, diplopia, nystagmus, and left subclavian stenosis admitted to the hospital for syncope elicited by a left head turn and left shoulder raise.
