The intent of this article is to increase the awareness of physicians working in intensive care units as to their legal and ethical responsibilities, and the potential for serious harm they can do to patients with the inevitable malpractice law suit if patient damage does occur. This article also suggests some defences in the event that physicians get involved in the legal cobweb.

This study assessed the gastric emptying of two different milk quantities in elementary school-age children using gastric ultrasonography. This prospective crossover trial involved 30 healthy children who fasted overnight on two separate occasions within one month, consuming either 5 or 10 mL/kg of milk.

This study focuses on filial piety, a fundamental psychological factor in Vietnam and its relationship with religiosity and attitudes toward abortion. Drawing on data from 656 participants, the research employed the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method and identified significant differences in intrinsic religiosity (IR) based on various forms of cohabitation with parents. Furthermore, the findings revealed a positive association between age and religiosity.

The recovery of these bones is potentially beneficial in estimating the sex in forensic cases.
