Fluorine is a strong oxidizing element and excessive intake can have harmful effects, particularly on the body's calcified tissues. Recent studies have demonstrated a link between miRNA and fluorosis. This study aimed to evaluate the time-dose-effect relationship of miR-200c-3p in plasma, urine and cartilage of rats with drinking water fluorosis, and to explore its potential as a biomarker.

The present study leverages the comprehensive data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) to examine the Influencing factors of sarcopenia (SA) and sarcopenic obesity (SO). The investigation is designed to a non-invasive, cost-effective, and convenient method that is applicable to the adult population, enabling the accurate and simultaneous detection of risks associated with SA and SO. Furthermore, this research will evaluate the critical values of effective anthropometric indicators, providing early warning for risk management in self-health care and offering valuable insights for subsequent research and clinical practice.

Background: Irregular meal time is associated with gallstones. The time-dose effect between meal time and gallstone formation remains unknown.
Objective: This study aimed to investigate the association between the first meal time (FMT) of the day and the prevalence of gallstones.

Purpose: Previous studies have linked high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) to gout, but little is known about the dose-effect relationship between serum HDL-C levels and gout flares. This study aimed to quantify the association between the two during urate-lowering therapy initiation and develop a regression equation to predict gout flares.
Patients And Methods: We conducted a prospective, observational, single-center cohort study of men with gout.

Purpose: External beam radiotherapy with concurrent chemotherapy combined with brachytherapy has been described as the first treatment choice for locally advanced cervical cancer. This study aimed to systematically review the dose-effect relationship (DER) of target volumes and organs at risk (OARs) in external beam radiotherapy combined with brachytherapy for cervical cancer.
Material And Methods: Studies reporting DER in radical radiotherapy for cervical cancer were determined by searching PubMed, Web of Science, and Cochrane Library databases till Jan 20, 2023.
