BACKGROUND Transplant lithiasis may be rare but poses significant risk to the renal graft function of the recipient. Immediate management is necessitated upon first detection, to prevent further complications. CASE REPORT We report 2 cases of transplant lithiasis that were not treated immediately upon first detection.

The patient an 85-year-old female resided in a care facility where she maintained an independent daily activity level. She was discovered hunched over a table in her room, displaying reduced responsiveness and prompting an emergency call. Initially, her blood pressure was within 60 mmHg, and she was transported by ambulance to our hospital.

Introduction: Traumatic obturator-type anterior dislocation of the hip with an ipsilateral subtrochanteric fracture is rarely encountered in clinical practice. This case presentation described a trauma patient with such a rare scenario.
Case Report: This paper reports a case of a 20-year-old Amhara ethnic male patient who had a traumatic anterior dislocation of the hip associated with an ipsilateral subtrochanteric femur fracture after a truck rolled over.

Acute type A aortic dissection is among the many types of catastrophic cardiovascular emergencies. The development of serious morbidity, especially neurological complications after the operation, remains a huge threat. We aimed to present comparatively the results of using unilateral or bilateral antegrade cerebral perfusion to minimize these threats and to demonstrate the postoperative effects of antegrade cerebral perfusion choices.
