Kawasaki disease (KD) is an idiopathic acute inflammatory illness that commonly affects children in Northeast Asian countries. In this case report, a psoriasiform eruption appeared on the face and extremities following the onset of KD. A review of previous reports identified 38 cases of psoriasiform eruptions following KD, typically appearing 4 days to 2 months after the onset of KD, unlike other skin manifestations associated with the disease.

Cutaneous acneiform eruptions are a side effect of many medications, including vitamin B12 therapy. However, reports of vitamin B12-induced acne are rare. We present a 67-year-old woman with a new diagnosis of pernicious anemia who developed a sudden acneiform eruption on the face after treatment with high-dose vitamin B12.

Background: Supernumerary teeth, defined as extra teeth beyond the normal series of dentition, can appear anywhere in the dental arch. They may present as solitary or multiple, unilateral or bilateral, and can be either erupted or impacted. Rarely, supernumerary teeth are found in ectopic locations outside the dental arches, such as the nasal cavity, inferior nasal conchae, maxillary sinus, ethmoid sinus, or skull.
