Background: The Montreal classification has been widely used in Crohn's disease since 2005 to categorize patients by the age of onset (A), disease location (L), behavior (B), and upper gastrointestinal tract and perianal involvement. Negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) is a very effective method in the treatment of dehiscent, infected, and non-healing wounds. Difficult wound healing occurs especially in late pregnancy due to the rapid enlargement of the uterus and the constantly increasing tension of the entire abdominal wall. In cases of dehiscence of the surgical wound during pregnancy, proper subsequent treatment is needed, where it is necessary to consider the safety of the mother as well as the fetus.

Methods: A cross-sectional study design was used where data were collected from parents/guardians and teachers using Behavior Rating Inventory of Executive Function, second edition (BRIEF2), Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ), and Teacher Academic Attainment Scale (TAAS).
