The results of clinico-paraclinical examinations of the nose, paranasal sinuses, pharynx showed that all the examinees had affection of two organs - nose and pharynx. Passage of the air through nasal and pharyngeal cavities is hindered because of stenosed airpassage. This resulted in inadequate ventilation in the upper airways in relation to the rate of oxygen supply and metabolism of the proteins, fats, carbohydrates.
