The Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE) Teaching File and Clinical Trial Export (TCE) integration profile describes a standard workflow for exporting key images from an image manager/archive to a teaching file, clinical trial, or electronic publication application. Two specific digital imaging and communication in medicine (DICOM) structured reports (SR) reference the key images and contain associated case information. This paper presents step-by-step instructions for translating the TCE document templates into functional and complete DICOM SR objects. Others will benefit from these instructions in developing TCE compliant applications.

Background: Published data have highlighted associations between Alzheimer's disease (AD) susceptibility loci and AD-related brain changes. The amyloid imaging to prevent AD (AMYPAD) consortium is a European collaboration consisting of several parent cohorts, four of which had raw genotype array data available. We sought to integrate and harmonise the genetic data, calculate AD polygenic risk scores (PRS), and investigate their association with global amyloid deposition.

Background: Patients with transfemoral amputation experience socket-related problems and musculoskeletal overuse injuries, both of which are exacerbated by asymmetric joint loading and alignment. Bone-anchored limbs are a promising alternative to treat chronic socket-related problems by directly attaching the prosthesis to the residual limb through an osseointegrated implant; however, it remains unknown how changes in alignment facilitated through a bone-anchored limb relate to loading asymmetry.
Questions/purposes: What is the association between femur-pelvis alignment and hip loading asymmetry during walking before and 12 months after transfemoral bone-anchored limb implantation?
Methods: Between 2019 and 2022, we performed 66 bone-anchored limb implantation surgeries on 63 individuals with chronic socket-related problems.

The accurate quantification of nuclear factor Kappa B p65 (NF-κB p65) is critical for understanding inflammatory mechanisms, especially in HIV-1 infected individuals, where NF-κB p65 contributes to chronic immune activation. Conventional methods such as enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and western blotting are limited in terms of sensitivity and reproducibility.
