There are only a few well documented cases in the literature which allow for the assumption of traumatic origin of some intracranial tumors. Four cases are presented in whom the authors have accepted the traumatic origin of gliomas because of it's evidence, but--from their scientific understanding of tumor development--without being convinced of such a correlation. It is stressed that scientific points of view and argumentation in social insurance affairs may differ and that they should be carefully distinguished.

<b>Background and Objective:</b> It is well documented that Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) has recently used to explore new resistance patterns and track the dissemination of extensive and pan drug-resistant microbes in healthcare settings. This article explores the link between traumatic infections caused by road traffic accidents (RTAs) leading to coma and the development of chest infections caused by extensively drug-resistant (XDR) <i>Klebsiella pneumoniae</i> and <i>Pseudomonas aeruginosa</i>. <b>Materials and Methods:</b> The study was carried out from March to December 2022 which included a 45-year-old male patient admitted to the ICU of Al Ramadi Teaching Hospitals following a severe RTA that resulted in a TBI and subsequent coma.

People with HIV (PWH) are at greater risk of experiencing mental health problems, such as depression and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). The purpose of our study was to determine the prevalence of posttraumatic stress disorder PTSD in PWH. PWH in care Amsterdam University Medical center (Amsterdam UMC) with access to the electronic patient portal were offered patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs) between May 2022 and May 2023, including the PC-PTSD-5 screen for PTSD as part of routine clinical care.
