Aflatoxin B1 leads to rapid and extensive phosphorylation of the known substrate of the enzyme. 4. Aflatoxin B1 causes rapid hydrolysis of phosphatidylinositol-4,5-biphosphate to diacylglycerol and inositol-1,4,5-triphosphate.
