In this manuscript for the first time we describe the concomitant diagnosis of primary renal non-Hodgkin lymphoma (PRL) and of a papillary urothelial cancer in a patient with megaloblastic anemia. PRL is a rare disease, since the kidney is one of the extranodal organs usually not containing lymphoid tissue. The disease usually affects adults with an average age of 60 years and slight male preponderance. Flank pain is the most common presenting symptom and different histologies have been reported. A review of literature indicated that simultaneous diagnosis of PRL and papillary urothelial carcinoma of the urether, makes our case unique. The early diagnosis of both diseases allowed the eradication of the two neoplasms by nephro-ureterecthomy and by performing subsequent systemic chemotherapy.

Background: Muscle-invasive bladder carcinomas (MIBCs) exhibit significant heterogeneity, with diverse histopathological features associated with varied prognosis and therapeutic response. Although genomic profiling studies have identified several molecular subtypes of MIBC, two basic molecular subtypes are identified - luminal and basal, differing in biological behaviour and response to treatment. As molecular subtyping is complex, surrogate immunohistochemical (IHC) markers have been used to determine the molecular subtypes with good correlation to genomic profiling.

Ureteral papillary carcinoma is a rare subtype of urothelial carcinoma, ranking fourth among cancers following prostate (or breast) cancer, lung cancer, and colorectal cancer. Although previous studies have documented bone metastases mainly in the pelvis, spine, ribs, and femur, this case report presents the first recorded instance of metastasis occurring in the acromioclavicular joint. A 62-year-old woman with a history of left flank pain and macroscopic hematuria underwent a left nephroureterectomy, which revealed ureteral papillary carcinoma.

Objectives: To explore the experience of tumor control technique in robot-assisted laparoscopic bladder diverticulectomy (RALBD) in the treatment of bladder diverticulum tumor, intraoperative tumor control and postoperative comprehensive treatment.
Patients And Methods: We treated three male patients with bladder diverticulum tumors. Case 1 involved a 63-year-old with a 3.

Urological malignancies during pregnancy are exceedingly rare, with bladder cancer posing significant diagnostic and management challenges. This study describes a 28-year-old pregnant woman diagnosed with non-invasive papillary urothelial carcinoma, presenting with painless hematuria at 22 weeks of gestation. The diagnostic process included ultrasound and MRI, both of which confirmed a solitary polypoidal lesion.

Bladder cancer is one of the main causes of urogenital cancer (30-35% of the total urological cancers). Although metastases from urologic tumors are rare, it is associated with a high mortality rate. The location and pattern of metastasis are random and unpredictable.
