Background: To assess the clinical utility of PCA3 in the diagnostic accuracy, the correlation between PCA3 and biopsy or pathological characteristics and the performance of PCA3 to reduce the unnecessary biopsies in Chinese population.
Methods: A prospective study including patients with indication of prostate biopsies from 4 centers was conducted. All patients underwent PCA3 urine tests and prostate biopsies.

Objectives: This study evaluates the effectiveness of machine learning (ML) models that incorporate clinical and 2-deoxy-2-[F]fluoro-D-glucose ([F]-FDG)-positron emission tomography (PET)-radiomic features for predicting outcomes in gallbladder cancer patients.
Materials And Methods: The study analyzed 52 gallbladder cancer patients who underwent pre-treatment [F]-FDG-PET/CT scans between January 2011 and December 2021. Twenty-seven patients were assigned to the training cohort between January 2011 and January 2018, and the data randomly split into training (70%) and validation (30%) sets.

Background: Over 90% of trauma deaths occur in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). The trauma burden in Tanzania is similar to the global rate of 10% and road traffic injuries result in a 40% mortality. To understand epidemiology of trauma referrals and care we aimed to describe the patients presenting to a tertiary, referral hospital in Tanzania for trauma care, their injuries and mechanism of injury, and describe the care received.
