Authors offer a new technique of plasma radiation treatment of purulent-septic complications of battle wounds of extremities. Complex treatment of 96 patients: processing and an irradiation of wound and purulent cavity by means of plasma streams, authentically improved the outcome, reduced quantity of septic complications, and considerably reduced average period of gunshot, explosive and lacerate wound recovery. Positive result of the technique allowed the authors to recommend the technique in treatment of purulent-septic complications of extremities wounds.

Purpose Of The Study: improving the surgical treatment of biliary pancreatitis by using a universal retractor and improved methods of omentobursostomy with drainage of the omental bursa.
Study Design: Non-randomized controlled clinical trial Material and methods: This study included thirty-nine patients who underwent surgical procedures between October 2022 and September 2023 in Semey, located in the Abay region. The study examined the general characteristics of surgical interventions performed for acute biliary pancreatitis using our proposed treatment methods and devices to improve the outcomes of acute biliary pancreatitis.

Objective: Aim: To study xylate effect on the renal toxin-excreting function with diabetes mellitus (DM) complicated by endogenous intoxication syndrome of purulentseptic genesis.
Patients And Methods: Materials and Methods: The effect of infusions with sorbilact or Ringer's solution in the regimen 3 ml/kg/hour during 3 hours on toxin-excreting function of the kidneys in patients with type 2 DM complicated by EIS is studied.
Results: Results: In the period of the research, xylate increased cleaning blood plasma (extracellular water space) from the total toxicity by 6,0±1,9 ml/min (230±72,3%, Δ р<0,05).

The prolonged infusion of meropenem is recommended by guidelines for the treatment of sepsis. However, studies provide controversial data on the advantages of prolonged infusions over intermittent ones. In our opinion, this can be related to age, which possibly distorts the final data, as older people have age-related characteristics.

This article presents the results of a study of the qualitative and quantitative microflora content of the wound exudate of a laparotomy wound complicated by eventration in patients with malignant neoplasms of the abdominal cavity. This study aimed to investigate the peculiarities of the qualitative and quantitative composition of the laparotomy wound microflora in cancer patients with postoperative eventation. After all, postoperative event is always accompanied by the occurrence of purulent-septic complications from the laparotomy wound.
