Expression of MUC-1 and MUC-2 was investigated with immunohistochemical staining (PAP-method) in 5 cases of adenomas and in 60 cases of colorectal adenocarcinomas. The expression of MUC-1 and MUC-2 can be useful for diagnosis and prognosis in patients with colorectal carcinoma.

However, IGF2 role in ACC tumourigenesis has not been completely understood yet, and the contribution of IGF1R and IRA in mediating ACC cell growth has been poorly explored. A novel electrochemical cytosensor was developed with a three-protein recognition strategy, employing branched Pt Au nanospheres (B-Pt-Au NPs) as tags and MnO-GO-Au nanosheet-modified electrodes for circulating tumor cells (CTC) detection. This system integrates specific magnetic separation and CTC enrichment with sensitive electrochemical detection to identify rare A549 cells in whole blood. MnO-GO-Au nanosheets, known for their high conductivity and biocompatibility, were used to modify a bare electrode, improving the electrochemical interface for biomolecules.
