Care providers, including both professional and family caregivers, were negatively impacted by the pandemic. In partnership with the Minnesota (MN) Pediatric Care Coordination Community of Practice, the MN Department of Health Regional Behavioral Health Coordinator team provided a 7-week training of trainers in Skills for Psychological Recovery (SPR) to care providers of adults and children with special healthcare, mental health needs, and disabilities. The goal of SPR training was to protect the mental health of disaster survivors, enhance their abilities to address needs and concerns, teach skills to promote recovery, and prevent maladaptive behaviors while identifying and supporting adaptive behaviors.

To enhance the level of emergency supplies deployment during earthquake disaster, this study focuses on emergency logistics in China. An integrated two-stage optimization framework is adopted to incorporate demand and time satisfaction indicators into the supply allocation and route optimization models, respectively. Firstly, historical data and seismic monitoring information are used to estimate the number of people affected and to forecast the need for emergency supplies; Secondly, the concept of psychological risk perception and the degree of urgency of requirements are introduced.

Introduction: In today's societies, the threats caused by chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear accidents, whether accidental or intentional, have become a great concern. Acquiring knowledge about how to respond to the management of these incidents and the complications caused by them in order to preserve societies and ensure stability is essential. Due to the fact that hospitals play an important role in dealing with the victims of biological threats, this study was conducted with the aim of auditing the preparedness of selected military Hospital in facing biological threats in 2023-2024.

The coordination of their emergency management response organisations was seen as extremely important in not only dealing with the global health emergency, but also with respect to natural hazards and public health threats in the future. Coming to these conclusions and working to enhance a country's coordination of emergency management actors are, however, two very different things.
