Seventeen subjects with amblyopia due to strabismus and anisometropia were examined using high-pass resolution perimetry. In addition to the standard technique, testing the 5-30 degrees visual field, an optional program testing the central 4 degrees visual field was used. Threshold elevation was confined to the central 4 degrees visual field and strongly correlated with visual acuity, expressed as minimum angle of resolution. Standard high-pass resolution perimetry did not reveal any significant abnormalities in the amblyopic subjects. In conclusion, the technique is useful for the diagnosis of ocular or neurologic disorders also in subjects with a high degree of amblyopia.

This study aims to evaluate the applicability of the high-resolution WaveFront Phase Imaging Sensor (WFPI) in eyes with Fuchs' Endothelial Corneal Dystrophy (FECD) through qualitative and quantitative analysis using a custom-designed Automatic Guttae Detection Method (AGDM). The ocular phase was measured using the t eyede aberrometer and then was processed to obtain its High-Pass Filter Map (HPFM). Dense image prediction tasks demand features with strong category information and precise spatial boundary details at high resolution. To achieve this, modern hierarchical models often utilize feature fusion, directly adding upsampled coarse features from deep layers and high-resolution features from lower levels. In this paper, we observe rapid variations in fused feature values within objects, resulting in intra-category inconsistency due to disturbed high-frequency features.

The implementation of real-time, convenient and high-resolution passive cavitation imaging (PCM) is crucial for ensuring the safety and effectiveness of ultrasound applications related to cavitation effects. However, the current B-mode ultrasound imaging system cannot achieve these functions. By developing a hybrid adaptive beamforming algorithm, the current work presented a real-time PCM and B-mode fusion imaging technique, using a modified diagnostic ultrasound platform enabling time-division multiplexing external triggering function.
