Only a few cases of esophageal granulocyte-colony-stimulating-factor (G-CSF)-producing esophageal carcinosarcoma are reported, and patients with G-CSF-producing tumors are typically considered to have poor prognosis. An 89-year-old man was examined for low-grade fever and dysphagia. Chest computed tomography revealed a huge 80-mm tumor on the thoracic esophagus without direct invasion to surrounding organs.

We report a case of a granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF)-producing gallbladder tumor associated with fever in a middle-aged female. Preoperative blood analysis showed leukocytosis with elevated levels of C-reactive protein and G-CSF. We resected the liver at S4a＋S5, with regional lymph node dissection and partial resection of the duodenum.

Herein, we present a case of an undifferentiated carcinoma of the descending colon showing G-CSF production and giant cell carcinoma morphology in a 93-year-old woman.
