Introduction And Importance: Fallopian tube cancer, particularly the carcinosarcoma subtype, is a rare malignancy posing diagnostic challenges.
Case Presentation: Our patient was an 83-year-old, nulligravida woman, presented to our outpatient clinic with one month of pelvic pain. On examination, a pelvic mass was detected.

Background: Autoimmune hepatitis is a chronic liver disease marked by immune-mediated inflammation, necrosis, and the potential to progress to cirrhosis if not treated. This case report presents a rare and atypical presentation of autoimmune hepatitis in a Nigerian adolescent girl, highlighting diagnostic challenges in resource-limited settings. The case is unique owing to the absence of jaundice, a common symptom of liver dysfunction, and features such as delayed menarche and bilateral leg swelling.

Tinea blepharociliaris is a rare dermatophyte infection affecting the eyelashes and eyelids, often misdiagnosed as blepharitis, eczema, or bacterial infection, leading to ineffective treatments and recurrent symptoms. We report a case of a 10-year-old girl with erythematous plaques and fine scaling on the eyelids and eyelashes, initially suspected to have facial tinea or contact dermatitis. Direct mycological examination confirmed the presence of fungal filaments and spores, with culture identifying as the causative organism.

Ischemic ulcers due to compromised microcirculation of the lower limbs cause painful ulcers that pose a challenge for the correct diagnosis and treatment. Livedoid vasculopathy, calciphylaxis, and Martorell's hypertensive ischemic ulcer are part of this group and present some similarities due to microvascular occlusive impairment. They are often misdiagnosed as inflammatory ulcers such as pyoderma gangrenosum and vasculitis.
