Malrotation with midgut volvulus in a newborn is not a rare condition and Ladd's procedure is the recommended surgical treatment. Recurrent volvulus after Ladd's procedure is very rare. We present a case of an infant operated on after birth for malrotation and midgut volvulus with 2 recurrent similar episodes in the following 20 months. We recommend abrasion of the parietal and visceral peritoneal surfaces when recurrence of malrotation occurs.

Patients with A20 haploinsufficiency (HA20) presenting with central nervous system (CNS) symptoms are rare, and available reports are limited. Here, we describe a patient with HA20, previously followed up as Behçet disease, who presented with CNS symptoms in adulthood. A 38-year-old Japanese male who had been followed up for incomplete Behçet disease at another hospital since 28 years of age presented to our hospital with acute-onset diplopia and persistent hiccups that were severe enough to cause vomiting.

Unlabelled: Denosumab,a monoclonal IgG2 antibody directed against RANK-L,is used as a neoadjuvant therapy for inoperable or metastatic giant cell tumor of bone. Many side effects like as hypocalcemia during treatment and rarely severe hypercalcemia especially in children after discontinuation of denosumab occurred. The unpredictable onset and recurrent episodes of severe hypercalcemia increase the duration of hospitalization and the risk of complications.
