Purpose: To describe the relationship between experiencing traumatic childbirth events and burnout.
Study Designs And Methods: This descriptive cross-sectional study used an anonymous online survey to assess traumatic childbirth event exposure and the three independent constructs of burnout: emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and personal accomplishment. Participants were a convenience sample of registered nurses, obstetric residents, family medicine residents, and attending obstetricians across five hospitals from December 2020 through June 2021.

Pediatric liver transplantation (PLT) is a life-saving procedure for children with end-stage liver disease. However, post-transplant monitoring, particularly the diagnosis and prognosis of complications such as allograft fibrosis, remains challenging. Background: Stress plays a pivotal role in physical health. Although many studies have linked stress reactivity (daily within-person associations between stress exposure and negative affect) to physical health outcomes, we know surprisingly little about how changes in stress reactivity are related to changes in physical health.
Purpose: The current study examines how change in stress reactivity over 18 years is related to changes in functional health and chronic health conditions.
