Management of prepatellar hematomas can be difficult, and recurrences or persistent oozing are common. Endoscopic-assisted management of these hematomas has not been reported. We present the case of a 44-year-old lady with traumatic prepatellar hematoma who was managed with the evacuation of the hematoma assisted by endoscopic visualization and debridement.

Khasi mandarin (Citrus reticulata Blanco) is the most economically important crop among the citrus growing region in the north-eastern India (Singh et al. 2016). An extensive survey was conducted to identify the causal agent of citrus root rot and gummosis in north eastern states (Meghalaya, Tripura, Manipur, Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Nagaland and Assam) of India during October 2021-23.

Objective: To investigate the effectiveness of the reverse traction device in the preoperative treatment of high-energy tibial plateau fractures.
Methods: A retrospective study was conducted to analyze the clinical data of 33 patients with high-energy tibial plateau fractures who met the selection criteria between December 2020 and December 2023. All patients were treated by open reduction and internal fixation.

Objective: The management of the infrapatellar fat pad (IPFP) during total knee arthroplasty (TKA) remains controversial. This study aimed to evaluate a novel IPFP preservation technique-"the medially pedicled IPFP flap"-for reducing postoperative pain, wound complications, and improving functional recovery after TKA.
Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on TKA cases at our institution from 2018 to 2021, including those with IPFP preservation (medially pedicled flap) versus IPFP complete resection.

Purpose: To describe 6 cases of acute central serous chorioretinopathy (CSCR) and the response to laser treatment, focusing on the underlying pathogenic mechanism.
Methods: Multimodal imaging from 6 eyes of 6 patients with acute and recurrent CSCR were reviewed, including fundus autofluorescence (FAF), fluorescein angiography (FA), indocyanine green angiography (ICGA), and optical coherence tomography (OCT) at baseline and after laser therapy.
Results: In 3 of the 6 cases with acute CSCR, the hyporeflective lucency sign was identified with cross-sectional and en face OCT and co-localized with an intense active inkblot retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) leak on FA.
