Growing teratoma syndrome (GTS) is characterized by a reduction in serum tumor markers despite the growth of a benign mature teratomatous mass following chemotherapy for germ cell tumors. Gliomatosis peritonei (GP) typically accompanies ovarian teratomas, marked by the dissemination of mature glial tissue across the peritoneum. The concurrent presence of GTS and GP after treatment for ovarian immature teratoma (IMT) is notably rare, with approximately 20 reported cases.

Background: Sedentary behaviour (SB) is detrimental to cardiometabolic disease (CMD) risk, which can begin in young adulthood. To devise effective SB-CMD interventions in young adults, it is important to understand which context-specific SB (CS-SB) are most detrimental for CMD risk, the lifestyle behaviours that cluster with CS-SBs and the socioecological predictors of CS-SB.

Methods And Analysis: This longitudinal observational study will recruit 500 college-aged (18-24 years) individuals.

Concurrent mutations in tumor protein p53 (TP53) or Kelch-like ECH-associated protein 1-nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2-pathway components are linked to poor outcomes in epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)-mutant non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), but the impact of triple mutations remains unclear. We report a case of EGFR-, TP53-, and Cullin 3 (CUL3)-mutant NSCLC in a 43-year-old woman with widespread metastases at diagnosis, including those in the contralateral lung, distant lymph nodes, pericardium, liver, bones, left adrenal gland, and brain. She received osimertinib as first-line therapy, but pericardial effusion and liver metastases progressed rapidly over 3 months, and she was switched to carboplatin and pemetrexed.

Introduction: Both hearing loss and dementia are associated with ageing, and it is thought that many individuals living with dementia also live with hearing loss. Despite the large comorbidity between these two disorders, there remains a clear lack of established guidelines in audiological services for assessing and managing patients living with dementia. This scoping review aims to examine whether specialist clinical pathways exist in audiology services for people living with coexisting hearing loss and dementia and to describe the specific components and features of these pathways.

BACKGROUND Human Papilloma Virus (HPV)-associated Vulvar Squamous Cell Carcinomas (VSCC) present more frequently in young women than HPV- independent tumors. Due to its association with HPV infection, the incidence of vulvar cancer is increasing in young women; however, during pregnancy, it is still extremely rare. CASE REPORT We present the case of a 36-year-old pregnant woman at 23 weeks of pregnancy, diagnosed with HPV 16-associated VSCC, Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) stage IB.
