[Methodical approaches to studying prevalence and quantitative of Campylobacter species in foodstuff].

The circuit of microbiological crop for definition Campylobacter spp. in foodstuff based on the procedure described in method FDA 2001z, with the modified set of nutrient mediums discribed. The offered method is comparable with official definition Campylobacter spp. under ISO 10272.
