This study examined the relationships between self-report scores of 275 Japanese college students on the Japanese version of the revised Life Orientation Test and the Interpersonal Relationship Inventory. Ratings for optimism were positively correlated with those for social support and reciprocity (rs= .39 and .29, respectively) and negatively correlated with those for interpersonal conflict (r = -.26).

Objective: This study investigates the influence of structural empowerment and psychological capital on nurse work engagement within the context of rising healthcare demands and nursing staff shortages.
Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study involving 778 registered nurses from six tertiary hospitals in Hangzhou, China, was conducted. Data were collected using multiple tools, including a demographic questionnaire, the CWEQ-II (Conditions for Work Effectiveness Questionnaire II), the PCQ (Psychological Capital Questionnaire), and the UWES-9 (Utrecht Work Engagement Scale-9).

Methods: A total of 280 patients who underwent ocular trauma surgery between January 2023 and January 2024 were selected through convenience sampling. Aims: The study aimed to assess the impact of e-learning tools using teaching videos on dental extraction for dental students.
Material And Methods: Teaching videos on dental extraction were sent to each participating dental students. The theoretical domain framework (TDF) was used to assess dental students' self-reported behavior on dental extraction.
Background: Evidence indicates that many nursing students exhibit signs of burnout and consider leaving nursing during nursing school. However, there is scant literature on the extent of this problem or mitigating factors.
Method: Undergraduate nursing students ( = 129) participated in a correlational study examining patterns of burnout and Psychological Capital (PsyCap), a four-pronged construct that captures hope, efficacy, resilience, and optimism.
