Objective: To study the template design of tissue flaps for covering auricular cage in order to acquire accurate and reliable design method.
Methods: By the theory of engineering drawing and three-dimensional measuring on CT image, three dimensional configuration of 40 auricular surfaces were expanded approximately, and the character of them was analysed for the template design.
Results: It is similar of the expanded graphs of auricular surface three dimensional configuration in healthy persons, and simplified template of tissue flaps is drawn based on the key points of the above graph.
Conclusions: CT three-dimensional measurement of auricular surface configuration can be used to design the template of tissue flaps for covering auricular cage, and can provide accurate and reliable template of tissue flaps for clinics.

The autologous reconstruction of the female breast using a microsurgical DIEP flap is a reliable and safe method. To detect impairments early and preserve the microvascular flap through timely revision, a better understanding of physiologic perfusion dynamics is necessary. This exploratory study examines changes in microcirculation in free DIEP flaps within the first 72 h after vascular anastomosis using laser Doppler flowmetry and white-light spectrophotometry.

Frey's syndrome surgical treatment may be either prophylactic or therapeutic. The aim of this study is to summarize the state of the art in Frey's syndrome surgical treatment after parotidectomy and review indications, advantages, and disadvantages of different surgical options. The study was conducted following the PRISMA guidelines for scoping reviews; to fulfill the research enquiries, four different electronic databases (PubMed, Scopus, Cochrane, and Web of Science) were searched using the PICO protocol and key words in Frey's syndrome surgical treatment.

Shrinkage, a heat-induced process, reorganizes collagen fibers, thereby reducing wound surface area. This technique, commonly applied in surgeries like periareolar mastopexy and skin grafting, is well-established. Despite its widespread use, modern imaging has recently enabled detailed observation of shrinkage's effects on tissue temperature and oxygenation.

: Surgical treatment of extensive tumors of the lower lip generates important defects in its structure and functions. Over time, a multitude of reconstruction options for these defects have been imagined. Unfortunately, the majority involve the use of both local and regional flaps, which either lack labial structure or disorganize the oral commissures as nodal oral function points.

Objective: To evaluate the clinical outcomes and define the indications for a one-stage mandibular reconstruction technique that combines iliac bone flaps with immediate implant-based dentures, and to assess both the accuracy of surgical planning and the long-term success of the procedure.
Methods: A total of ten patients underwent the procedure at Peking University Hospital of Stomatology between June 2020 and August 2023. The preoperative biopsy pathology of all the patients confirmed a benign tumor.
