There are approximately 2 million people who have glaucoma. And about 90% of glaucoma patients have chronic type disease, and most of them do not notice of their disease. Finally they will lost their eyesight by this disease. Therefore, it is necessary to develop the auto diagnostic method for glaucoma. Our objective of this study is the development of the auto diagnostic system for the glaucoma by using fundus photograph. In our system, digitized fundus photograph is tested in personal computer, and the ratio of the area of optic disk and the area of optic disk cup (named C/D ratio) is calculated and evaluated automatically. And then this system can checkup subject condition for glaucoma. In this paper, we will discuss our auto diagnostic system for the glaucoma.

The assessment of rectal temperature and behavior is an important parameter in all patients for whom hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) therapy is used. The study aims to verify if there is less reduction in body temperature after HBO therapy in restless patients and their behavior during the therapeutic session. Clinical data from 217 HBO therapy sessions with 2 to 2,5 atmospheres absolute (ATA) were reviewed under therapy protocols of 30 (P1) or 45 (P2) minutes, covering 29 canines and 13 felines.

Objectives: To explore the role of newly emerging autoantibodies (AAbs) - peptidyl-arginine deiminase 4 (aPAD4), carbamylated proteins (aCarP), and anti-RA33 (aRA33) - alongside the traditionally assessed rheumatoid factor (RF) and anti-citrullinated protein antibodies (ACPA), in predicting the response to abatacept (ABT) and its retention rate in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients.
Methods: Data from 121 consecutive ABT-treated RA patients were recorded. The RF and ACPA status were retrospectively assessed by reviewing the patients' clinical records.

Bleeding assessment tools (BATs) are used by trained medical personnel for screening bleeding disorders on a one-to-one basis with patients; hence, they are time-consuming and limited in use for large-population screening. The aims of the study were to develop, validate, and demonstrate a Thai BAT mobile application (mBAT) for self-screening of bleeding disorders. mBAT was developed and validated using the paper-based Thai version of pediatric bleeding questionnaire (TPBQ).

Pemphigus vulgaris (PV) is a subtype of pemphigus and life-altering disorder that results in the formation of intraepithelial blisters in mucosa and skin. Though the etiology is not well understood, it is an autoimmune disorder resulting in acantholytic blisters due to auto-antibodies targeting proteins of keratinocyte adhesion. Rapid diagnosis and restoration of the epidermal layer is imperative for patients with PV as widespread epidermal damage can lead to high morbidity and mortality rates.
